What happens if we let upgrades or support lapse and wish to renew later?

After the expiration date of your upgrade or support plan, you have a 60-day grace period where you can renew without penalty. This can be via your customer account portal or by contacting us for assistance.

If it's after 60-days on non-renewal, we do allow you to renew upgrades and/or support plans with a reinstatement fee.

The reinstatement cost is a retro-active fee back to the original date of expiration,  but once paid, you have full coverage as if things never expired.  

Depending on the number of licenses you initially purchased, how long you have been in an expired state, and the cost of the reinstatement it may make more sense to buy a new set of licenses.
